Your guests for the evening instantly feel relaxed taking a seat in the comfortable dining chairs, it would be very easy to spend all evening laughing and chatting around the table. Drinks are all to hand in the bar area, complete with drinks fridge. The French doors can be open, and the space filled with light during the Summer, and the room is cosy and intimate for the Winter months – a perfect space to enjoy all year round.

You are staying at a world class hotel, overlooking the most spectacular scenery. Dinner this evening is a menu bursting with locally sourced produce carefully selected by the head chef. It is this feeling that we wanted to capture in this room, whilst also creating the right balance for this family home. The blend of rustic tables juxtaposed with refined finishes such as the smart wall paneling and fitted cabinetry create a wonderful blend to set the tone for this dining room. Elegant beaded pendants are suspended over the table, adding drama with slub silk/linen blend drapes to soften the windows. Being inspired can capture truly imaginative and unique designs such as this, allowing dreams to take flight and enriching lives through a collaborative interior design experience.
The story of a transformative restoration.
The Connoisseur’s Dining Room is part of an extensive restoration project for a family home in Sevenoaks. The property dates back to what we believe to be circa. 1910, and has since been completely remodelled and transformed into what is now a wonderful family home.
We worked along side the architects from the planning stage to ensure the interior layout would be fitting for our clients’ dream, and we designed and installed every room throughout the house, working closely with the appointed contractors to fully support our client.
